Bright, even, pale straw yellow. The nose is softly full, with aromas of pear, apple, citrus and blossom. Medium-bodied, dry to taste, aromas of pear and apple melded with kumquat and magnolia. The fruit has clarity and juiciness, supported by crisp acidity and a touch of mineral thread, lending a refreshing closing. Match with dim sum and white fish over the next 2-3 years.
