Full, deep purple, lighter on the rim. The nose is forward and generous with dark plum, berry compote, eucalyptus and spice aromas. Full-bodied, dark plum and berry compote melded with black forest cake, eucalyptus, and peppercorns. The fruit is succulent and ripe with a jammy expression, very generous and fruity with a supple tannin framework. Match with sticky pork ribs and lamb burritos over the next 2-3 years.
