Bright, even, pale yellow gold. The nose is elegantly full, with aromas of stonefruit, jasmine and delicate spice. Full-bodied, aromas of apricot and nectarine, entwined with pear, ginger and jasmine. The oily palate is gentle and elegant, carrying delicate spice and refreshing acidity to a sustained, enticing finish. This Eden Valley Viognier is elegant and lifted. Match with roasted chicken and burrata over the next 5+ years. 50% of the blend was fermented and matured for 10 months in older French oak puncheons and hogsheads. 13% alc. 18.5/20 pts (93 pts) Nov 2025 RRP $26
