Deep, dense ruby-black, lighter on the rim. The nose is full and generous, with dark plum and blackberry aromas melded with black pepper, tobacco and mocha. Full-bodied, dark plum and blackberry aromas have a concentrated core enriched by tobacco, black pepper and mocha. The fruit is densely rich with the support of ripe, firm tannins, carrying tobacco and mocha nuances to a long, bold finish. This Shiraz is generous and densely rich with dark fruit, mocha and a firm structure. Match with wagyu burger and bone marrow over the next 6+ years.
