Hand-picked fruit destemmed and given a 24 hour soak and indigenous yeast fermented in tank with 20% in neutral French oak to 13.0% alc. and 2 g/L RS, the wine aged on lees. Certified BioGro organic. Bright, light pink colour with slight purple hues on edge. The nose is fresh and bright with well-concentrated, rich aromas of raspberries and cream, lifted by attractive confectionary nuances, and cut by a delicate steely edge to the expression. Very dry to taste, well-packed and vibrant flavours of raspberries and strawberry fruit form an excellent palate core. Confectionary and minerally notes unfold, and along with crisp, racy acidity, and a finely-textured line, the palate flows with slipperiness and energy. The flavours lead to a very long, dry and thirst-quenching finish. This is a very dry, lacy rosé with raspberry and cream flavours.
