Bright, even, pale salmon pink with some depth. The nose is full; vibrant aromas of strawberry, cherry and stonefruit melded with rose. Medium-full bodied, sweet to taste, aromas of rose lead the palate with strawberry, cherry and stonefruit. Sweetness provides a round mouthfeel and lively acidity supported and balanced. This dessert wine is easy drinking with upfront fruit and a balanced sweet flow. Match with pannacotta and aged cheddar over the next 3-5 years. 100% Pinot Noir, fermented in stainless steel to 11% alc, 113 g/l RS. Vegan friendly. 17.5/20 pts (88 pts) Aug 2022 RRP $42
