Bright, even, pale blush pink. The nose is vibrant and lifted with aromas of raspberry, strawberry, lime, blossom and hints of minerals. Medium-light bodied, aromas of raspberry, strawberry and lime entwined with blossom and Sichuan pepper. The fruit is refreshing and clean with crunchy minerals, whilst the spice on the finish draws a long and dry finish. This dry Rosé shows layers and is crunchy with peppery interest. Serve as an aperitif or match with kingfish sashimi over the next 2-3 years. 100% Pinot Noir, handpicked, minimal skin contact, fermented in stainless steel to 13% alc, 4.4 g/l RS. 18.5/20 pts (93 pts) Feb 2023 RRP $34
