Bright, even, pale yellow-gold. The nose is gently full, with aromas of lychee, ripe pear, a hint of spice and magnolia. Medium-bodied aromas of lychee, ripe pear intermixed papaya, honey, ginger and magnolia flower. The wine shows a lovely weight of sweetness with a honey tone; balanced acidity carries a round, floral finish. This late harvest Gewurztraminer shows a pure fruit expression with honey and spice on a soft mouthfeel. Match with panna cotta and Manchego cheese over the next 3-5 years.
