Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand - Marlborough
Review Date : 07-Aug-2025
Bright, even, pale yellow. The nose is gently full, with aromas of Eve apple, lime, blackcurrant, elderflower and tomato vines. Medium-light bodied, aromas of ripe apple and lime entwined with blackcurrant, elderflower and a touch of herb. The fruit is ripe with a lifted presence, packed with forward fruit, and invigorating acidity on a smooth-flowing palate. Match with shellfish and sole fish over the next 2-3 years. A blend of 88% Sauvignon Blanc and 12% Sauvignon Gris. 18+/20 pts (91 pts) Aug 2025
