Bright, even, pale blush pink. This has a lifted bouquet with aromas of bright floral, strawberry and cherry. Medium-bodied, aromas of strawberry and cherry melded with intense floral. The wine is elegantly fragrant and packed with ripe fruit, unfolding a rich, dry finish. Serve as an aperitif or match with charcuterie over the next 2-3 years. Fruit from Pisa, predominantly clone 5 with 10% clone 777, handpicked, left on skins for a day before pressing, cool-fermented in stainless steel tank and around 10% in neutral oak. 14% alc, 3 g/l RS.
