Bright, even, pale yellow. The nose is gently full and elegant, with aromas of white floral overlying Nashi pear, apple, bee pollen and delicate spice. Medium-full bodied, aromas of Nashi pear and Granny Smith apple melded with bee pollen, honeysuckle and fresh ginger. Lively, energetic acidity provides freshness and drive to the pure fruit; subtle spice and floral layer elevate and lend a crisp, long finish. Fermented to 13.5% alc, 2.6 g/l RS.
