Bright, even straw-yellow colour with lemon green hues. This has a finely proportioned nose with deep and well-packed aromas of white and yellow stonefruits entwined with a harmonious amalgam of herbs, nuts and minerals, unfolding delicate floral nuances with aeration. Dryish to taste and medium-full bodied, the palate features vibrantly bright and lively, rich flavours of white and yellow stonefruits with nuances of florals and honeysuckle, revealing mineral elements The mouthfeel is enlivened by fresh acidity and the fruit grows to form a positively concentrated core with good weight and presence. The wine follows a light, phenolic-textured line with underlying acid drive leading to a dry, stonefruited finish. This is a bright and lively, dryish Pinot Gris with rich stonefruit flavours on a refreshing palate with good line and presence. Match with poultry, pork and veal dishes over the next 3+ years.
