Bright, even, pale yellow. The nose is gentle, with aromas of citrus, zest and blossom. Medium-light bodied, dry to taste, aromas of lime, kumquat and zest intermixed with a touch of blossom. The wine has a refreshing, lean focus, packed with citrus and subtle crunchy mineral presence. Match with steamed seafood over the next 3 years.
