Bright, even, pale straw yellow. The nose is elegantly full, with aromas of Nashi pear, apple, jasmine and ginger. Medium-bodied, aromas of Nashi pear and apple intertwined with apricot, jasmine and ginger. The fruit is bright with tangy acidity, and a silky palate carried to a salivating finish. Match with sweet & sour pork and fish satay over the next 3+ years. The fruit is from the Southern Valleys, predominantly in stainless steel to 12.5% alc, 4.9 g/l RS.
