Bright, even, pale salmon. The nose is elegantly presented with intense aromas of field strawberry, cherry, watermelon and rose. Medium-light bodied, aromas of field strawberry, cherry and watermelon are refreshing, rich rose nuances linger with a touch of peppery spice. The mouthfeel is silky, flushed with crisp acidity and elegantly presented fruit notes. A thirst-quenching finish unfolds subtle pepper dusting and linearity. An excellent Isle Of Beauty Rosé vintage, harmonious and delicate flavours on a smooth flow and refreshing finish. Serve as an aperitif or match with sushi over the next 2-3 years.
