Bright, very pale straw colour, pale on rim. The nose is elegantly proportioned with intense and tightly concentrated aromas of passionfruit infused with minerals, the bouquet unfolding fresh herb and blackcurrant leaf detail in the glass. Dry to taste and medium-bodied, intensely concentrated and interwoven flavours of passionfruit, flint and minerals form a tight core and heart. Subtly juicy gooseberry and herb notes add layers of detail. The flavours follow a very fine-textured line with mouthwatering, slippery acidity carrying the flavours to a very long, sustained and thirst-quenchingly dry finish. This is an elegant, very concentrated, and mouthwatering Sauvignon Blanc with passionfruit and minerally flavours. Match with seafood over the next 2-3 years. The fruit has a subtly sweet richness, enhanced by soft, ripe, mouthwatering acidity. Well-balanced and harmonious, the mouthfeel is smooth and seamless in flow, and leads to a very long, lingering finish of passionfruit and minerals. This is a refined and harmonious, passionfruity and minerally Sauvignon Blanc. Match with poultry and Mediterranean fare over the next 2-3 years.
