Hand-picked fruit WBP and indigenous yeast fermented in stainless-steel with 10% in old 500 L puncheons to 13.0% alc. and 6 g/L RS, the wine aged on lees 10 months. Bright straw-yellow colour, lighter on rim. This has a delicate and subtle bouquet with aromatically pure white floral notes along with hints of honeysuckle and rose-petals. Dry to taste and medium-light bodied, light flavours of white stonefruits are enriched by pear, honey and exotic tropical fruit nuances. The mouthfeel is fresh and bright with lively acidity and a good palate line. The flavours fade gently, carrying through to a soft, dry finish with aromatic fruit notes. This is a light and subtle dry Pinot Gris with some exotic fruit and honied flavours. Serve as an aperitif and with most white meat first courses over the next 3+ years.
