Bright, even, pale yellow. This has a pronounced bouquet packed with aromas of passionfruit, capsicum, lime and spice. Medium-light bodied, aromas of lime and passionfruit entwined with lime peel, capsicum and a hint of basil. The vibrant and juicy fruit is packed with flavour, zesty acidity carries a crisp, long finish. Match with sole fish and mussels over the next 2-3 years. Fermented to 12% alc.
