Bright, even, pale yellow. The nose is fresh, with aromas of lime, gooseberry, nettle and lime flower. Medium-light bodied, aromas of lime, lime peels, and gooseberry flush through the palate along with nettle and lime flower. The fruit is vibrant, supported by a taut, focused acid line, and carries a dry, crisp finish. Match with steamed mussels and sole fish over the next 2-3 years.
