Bright, even, pale salmon with a peach hue. The nose is softly full, with aromas of stonefruit, strawberry and blossoms. Medium-light bodied, dry to taste, aromas of nectarine and strawberry melded with blossom and a hint of pepper. The fruit is elegantly expressed with lovely intensity. Lively acidity flows on a silky palate and lends a refreshing finish. Serve as an aperitif or match with dim sum over the next 2-3 years. A blend of Cinsault, Syrah, Grenache and Merlot, fermented to 13% alc. 18/20 pts (90 pts) Dec 2024 RRP $26
