Bright, even, pale yellow. The nose is gently full, with aromas of golden apple, quince, five-spice and floral. Medium-full bodied, dry to taste, aromas of golden apple and quince, melded with magnolia and five-spice. The fruit is concentrated with depth and weight, supported by fresh acidity, and generous spice and an oily mouthfeel elevate an elegant, dry finish.
