Tiki Estate Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc 2013

Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand - Marlborough
Review Date : 30-Jul-2013
Brilliant green-hued, pale straw-yellow colour, pale on edge. The nose is voluminous and vibrant with up-front aromas of passionfruit, limes and fresh herbs, lifted by fresh fermentation esters. Dry to taste, the palate is crisp and zesty, with well-concentrated flavours of punchy passionfruit flavours and fresh herbs. The fruit is aromatic and full of vitality, and underlined by soft, mouthwatering acidity. A fine textural line guides the fine core of flavours to a lively, bright and sweet fruited, lingering finish. This is a very fresh, softly concentrated and mouthwatering Sauvignon Blanc with aromatic passionfruit flavours. Serve as an aperitif, with salads and vegetables and seafood, over the next 2 years. Fruit from the company’s vineyards in the Wairau Alpine Valley, stainless-steel fermented to 13.0% alc. and 4 g/L rs. 18.0/20 Jul 2013 RRP $19.99
