Moderately deep ruby-red colour with light purple hues on the rim, youthful in appearance. The nose is fresh with moderately deep aromas of dark red cherry and raspberry fruit along with redcurrant and red liquorice notes, fresh herbs and lifted florals. Medium-bodied, bright, lively, up-front and juicy fruit flavours of red cherries, red liquorice herbs and bright red florals feature on the front palate. The fruit aromatics are enhanced and the palate enlivened by fresh, crisp acidity, and the wine flows along a light tannin line. The elegant core carries the flavours to a light, slender finish of red cherries and florals. This is a bright, juicy and lively Pinot Noir with up-front red cherry, raspberry and red liquorice fruit flavours. Serve with antipasto, tapas, firm-fleshed seafood and poultry over the next 3 years. The nose is soft and full with fresh primary dark red berry and raspberry fruit aromas, underlined by nuances of herbs and stalks and a little reduction. The aromatics build in density with aeration. Medium-bodied, full, fleshy and juicy fruit flavours of dark red berry fruits, raspberries and cherries are entwined with fresh herbal detail and stalk nuances. The mouthfeel is plush with soft, supple tannins in the background providing some structure. Mouthwatering acidity is present, enlivening the palate. This has a soft, dense core that leads to a light, easy finish. This is a soft, plush and juicy Pinot Noir with lively red berry fruits with some herbal interest. Serve with antipasto, poultry and pork over the next 3 years.
