Bright, even, pale straw-yellow. The nose is expressive and full, with aromas of ripe pear and quince interweaved with spice, honeycomb and honeysuckle. Medium-full bodied, dry to taste, succulent fruit of ripe pear, quince entwined with five-spice, unfolding white floral and a touch of honey. The fruit is lush and generous, supported by lively acidity, carrying it to a creamy, long, refreshing, spiced finish. This appealing, refreshing Pinot Gris possesses lush and crunchy orchard fruit, five-spice and white floral on a creamy flow. Match with Pad Thai and pulled-pork tacos over the next 3-4 years.
