Bright, light salmon-pink, slightly lighter on the rim. The nose is soft and fresh, flavours of strawberries, cherries and a faint whiff of herbs. Light-bodied, fresh and brisk flavours of strawberries, raspberries have a purity line, flows with subtle fresh herbs to a moderate finish. Lively acidity provides balance, thirst-quenching and light. A crisp flow carries the flavours along a light phenolic line, reflecting clean and pure fruit on the palate. This is a crisp, thirst-quenching rosé with pure flavours of berry fruit, subtle herbs on a clean and light palate. Serve as an aperitive over the next 2 years.
