Bright, even, pale yellow. The nose is softly full, with citrus, pineapple and passionfruit aromas melded with blossom and a hint of herb and spice. Medium-light bodied, dry to taste, grapefruit, pineapple and passionfruit intermixed with blossom, unveiling white spice and green herb. The fruit is vibrant and fresh, enlivened by lively, balanced acidity. This is a well-balanced Sauvignon Blanc with harmonious aromas of tropical fruit, floral and spice details. Match with seafood and dim sum over the next 2-3 years. Fermented to 12.5% alc. 18+/20 pts (91 pts) July 2022 RRP $20
