Bright, even, pale yellow. The nose is full, with pear drop, quince, honeysuckle and five-spice aromas. Medium-full bodied, off-dry to taste, intense aromas of pear drop and quince melded with white floral perfume and five-spice. The dialled-up sweet and sour shows balance and carries a spiced, juicy finish.
