Bright, even, pale blush pink. The nose is soft, with aromas of strawberry, pomegranate and rose. Medium-light bodied, aromas of strawberry and pomegranate melded with a touch of herb and rose petal. The fruit is pure and forward, adorned with a touch of herb and rose that adds interest. Serve as an aperitif or match with snapper crudo over the next 2-3 years.
