Even garnet-red colour, lighter on the rim with a little bricking. This has a softly full and gently concentrated bouquet with aromas of dark-red berry fruits melded with dark and dried herbs and savoury, secondary notes of undergrowth, nuances of stalks and herbs and a touch of pepper. Medium-bodied, the fruit flavours of strawberries and red cherries are lush and sweet, and harmoniously layered with flavours of dark and dried herbs. Integrated undergrowth and stalk notes add interest. The wine follows a fine-grained textured line, with bright acidity lending freshness and vibrancy. The wine leads to a juicy, sweet finish. This is a rich and luscious, harmonious red-fruited Pinot Noir with some savoury secondary interest, and a fresh, lively mouthfeel. Match with pork, poultry and game meat dishes over the next 4-5 years. This has a full, smooth and seamlessly integrated nose of red berry fruits, savoury undergrowth and mushroomy aromas, unfolding ethereal, complex layers of dried herbs and lifted cedary oak, the bouquet well into the secondary development. Medium-bodied with good mouthfeel and presence, soft, mouthfilling flavours of savoury red fruits are harmoniously entwined with game, undergrowth, dried herb and mushroom layers. The palate has a good core of sweetness and richness, supported by soft tannins and mellow acidity, and the wine flows to a balanced, lifted, gently succulent finish. Dark, deep, ruby-red colour with youthful purple hues, lighter on rim. Full aromas of dark raspberry fruit unfold to reveal subtle savoury herb and mineral nuances, building in depth to show complexing earth and mushroom notes. Medium-full bodied, this has a concentrated core of raspberry essence fruit flavours with growing succulence and richness. Supple, rounded, near nobust tannins support the fruit and bright acidity enhances the sweetness, providing good poise. Spicy plum and liquorice notes develop and are carried through to a long and sustained finish. This is a concentrated and succulent Pinot Noir with plenty of extract to balance the fruit depth.
