Bright, even, pale salmon pink with depth. The nose is full and packed with perfume, ripe strawberries, cherries and rich florals. Medium-bodied, dry to taste, aromas of strawberry and cherry melded with roses, a hint of savouriness and spice linger to a long finish. The mouthfeel is creamy and broad with delicate phenolics added texture and richness. Lively acidity brings a refreshing, dry closing. This Rosé is textural, mealy with refreshing acidity and a long, dry finish. Made from Syrah and Pinot Noir, 24 hours on skins, fermented to 13% alc. 18.5-/20 pts (92 pts) Oct 2022 RRP $24
