Bright, even, pale straw yellow. The nose is softly full, with citrus, citrus zest, blossom and stonefruit aromas. Medium-full bodied, dry to taste, aromas of lemon, mandarin and citrus peels intertwined with blossom and apricot. The acidity enlivens the palate with precision and good energy; crushed rock minerals drive a refreshing, appetizing finish. Match with crispy pork belly and sushi over the next 5 years.
