Full, deep purple with a ruby-red hue, lighter on the rim. The nose is elegantly full, with aromas of dark cherry, raspberry, floral, cedar and spice. Full-bodied, aromas of raspberry and dark cherry are vibrant, intertwined with violet, clove and cedar. Mouth-watering acidity lightens up the concentrated fruit and drives an appetising finish. Match with beef & tomato stew and pork schnitzel over the next 5+ years. Fruit from One Tree Hill, Mount Lofty Ranges, handpicked, destemmed, no crushing, fermented in open-top fermenters.
