Bright, even, pale yellow. The nose is vibrant and fresh, with aromas of kaffir lime, lime peels and blossoms, along with apple and a touch of spice. Medium-bodied, off-dry to taste, aromas of apple melded with kaffir lime, blossoms, and lime peels linger with crunchy minerals and a hint of white spice. The fruit is ripe with beautifully balanced acidity, a chalky textured mouthfeel carries a long, dry and elegant finish.
