Bright, even, pale yellow with a hint of lime colour. The nose is full, with vibrant apple, pink grapefruit and jasmine aromas. Medium-bodied, dry to taste, lively on the palate, aromas of green apple, pink grapefruit melded with jasmine. Apple skins and minerals contribute to a textural mouthfeel. Salivating acidity flows with good energy and vibrancy to a long, crisp finish. This is a refreshing Riesling with flavours of green apple and pink grapefruit, adorned by jasmine floral and an apple skin texture line.
