Bright, even, pale neon pink. The nose is immensely floral, with aromas of strawberry, cherry and rose petals. Medium-light bodied, aromas of wild strawberry and cherry entwined with rose petals and a touch of pepper. The fruit exhibits lovely depth, and the floral fragrance elevates. Refreshing acidity brings a beautiful balance and moreish finish. Serve as an aperitif or match with antipasto over the next 2-3 years.
