Bright, even, pale salmon. The nose is full and expressive, packed with aromas of strawberry, raspberry sherbet and watermelon intertwined with rose petals and subtle spice. Medium-full bodied aromas of strawberry and raspberry sherbet intermixed citrus and watermelon, rose petals and a hint of white pepper. The acidity is lacy and thirst-quenching flows effortlessly with lightly textured phenolics lending a crisp finish.
