Te Pa Pinot Noir Rosé 2021, Marlborough

Rosé from New Zealand - Marlborough
Review Date : 02-Sep-2021
Brilliant, pale watermelon pink, even colour throughout. The nose is soft, filled with elegant aromas of red fruit, cranberries, pomegranate and strawberries, interweave a hint of spice and floral. Medium-light bodied, the palate is delicate and refined; aromas of cranberries, strawberries melded with subtle spices and cherry blossoms. Mouthwatering acidity flows with good energy and fine-textured mouthfeel. This thirst-quenching rosé possesses bright red fruit and a fine-textured palate. Serve as an aperitif or with charcuterie over the next 2-3 years. Fruit was from 97% Omaka North, 3% Rapaura, Wairau Valley, a blend of 91% Pinot Noir, 6% Merlot and 3% Pinot Gris, fermented in stainless steel to 13.5% alc, 2g/l RS. Vegan friendly. 18.5-/20 pts (92 pts) Aug 2021 RRP $18.95
