Te Pa Pinot Noir Rosé 2020, Marlborough

Rosé from New Zealand - Marlborough
Review Date : 23-Dec-2020
Bright, pale pink, lighter edged. The nose is expressive, packed with aromas of fresh field strawberries, lemonade melded with thyme and black peppercorns. Medium-light bodied, dry to taste, fresh aromas of field strawberries is invigorating; along with lemonade, thyme and flower meadow, linger with a hint of black peppercorns on the finish. The palate is light and fleecy, smooth flowing with great energy along with a fine-textured phenolic line. This is a polished Pinot Noir Rosé with fresh field strawberries and thyme on a silky palate and refreshing fine finish. Serve as an aperitif or match with Vietnamese prawn summer rolls over the next 2-3 years. 100% Pinot Noir Clone 10/5 from Omaka North, Wairau Valley.
