Bright, even, pale yellow. The nose is gently full and fragrant, with aromas of Nashi pear, apple, frangipani and talcum. Medium-bodied, dry to taste, aromas of Nashi pear melded with apple, frangipani, talcum and a faint touch of fresh ginger. The gently oily palate carries the pure fruit with lively acidity, showcasing depth and a rich floral fragrance to a lingering finish. An appealing and elegant Pinot Gris.
