Bright, even, pale straw yellow. Ths has a full, lush bouquet filled with aromas of citrus, orchard fruit, spice, honey and floral notes. Medium-full bodied, off-dry to taste, aromas of poached pear, apple, citrus peels entwined with white pepper, cardamom, pear blossom and a hint of honey. The mouthfeel is slightly unctuous, packed with fruit and spice, and zippy acidity carries to a crisp finish.
