Te Mata ‘Elston’ Hawke’s Bay Chardonnay 2008

Chardonnay from New Zealand - Hawke's Bay
Review Date : 27-Jul-2014
Pale straw colour with light golden hues. The bouquet is light and slender with modest volume, still tightly held, showing white stonefruit and nutty notes. Medium-bodied, the fruit is moderately deep and the mouthfeel softly open. All the componentry is present, with integrated barrel work, lees elements and some development detail. The mouthfeel is fine with good freshness, the palate fading gently on finish. Drink over the next 3-4 years. 18.0-20 Jul 2014 RRP $N/A
