Te Mata ‘Cape Crest’ Hawke’s Bay Sauvignon Blanc 2009

Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand - Hawke's Bay
Review Date : 27-Jul-2014
Light straw-yellow with yellow-golden hues. The nose is very refined, tightly held and elegantly presented with white stonefruits, minerals, herbs and nectarines unfolding delicate and intricate nuances. Very fine and elegant, with a subtle aromatic lift to the white stonefruit flavours, this is beautifully refined in expression, texture and line. The acidity is poised and the wine is complete, flowing with great precision, clarity and detail. This shows exceptional fruit and is still developing. Another 5+ years easily. 86% Sauvignon Blanc, 9% Semillon and 5% Sauvignon Gris. 19.0-/20 Jul 2014 RRP $N/A
