Bright, even, pale yellow. The nose is softly full, with aromas of white floral, pear, golden apple and spice. Medium-full bodied, dry-ish to taste, aromas of Nashi pear and golden apple are crisp, entwined with magnolia and delicate spice. The elegant mouthfeel is silky with delicate fine-textured phenolics, a hint of sweetness broadens the palate. Refreshing and clean acidity flow with poise and carry a long, enticing finish. This elegant dry Pinot Gris is sleek and crisp. Match with calamari and pork buns over the next 3+ years.
