Bright, very pale peach pink, even colour throughout. The nose is soft and elegant, with aromas of strawberry, raspberry and citrus melded with white floral. Medium-light bodied, dry to taste, crunchy aromas of strawberry, raspberry and grapefruit zest entwined with rich floral fragrance. The fruit is generous and elegantly presented with a silky mouthfeel; zingy acidity carries to a refreshing finish. This elegant Blanc de Noir is refreshing and sleek with crunchy red fruit and floral fragrance. Serve as an aperitif or match with sushi over the next 2-3 years.
