Bright, even, pale straw yellow. The nose is gently full, with aromas of Nashi pear, apple, white blossom and a touch of spice. Medium-full bodied, dry to taste, aromas of Nashi pear and apple melded with grapefruit peel, ginger and pear blossom. It's expressive on the palate, showing fruit concentration. Spice elevates a refreshing finish driven by lively acidity. This Pinot Gris is crisp and packed with flavour. Match with pad Thai noodles and chicken satay over the next 3+ years.
