Bright, very pale straw-yellow colour with slight green hues. The nose is very delicate with fine and pure aromas of limes, florals and minerals, the aromatics exuding beautiful freshness. Medium-dry to taste, crisp, clear and pure flavours of limes and florals feature on palate with excellent delicacy and detail. The mouthfeel is fine and refreshing with lacy acidity and a delicate phenolic thread providing line and length. The purity is sensational.
