Te Hera ‘Kiritea’ Martinborough Pinot Noir 2013

Pinot Noir from New Zealand - Wairarapa & Wellington
Review Date : 13-Oct-2014
Light red colour with some garnet hues. This has bright and fresh raspberry and cherry fruit aromas with subtle layers of spice and toasty oak detail, the nose softly presented with a sense of finesse. Quite soft and dryish in texture on palate, spicy red fruits combining with oak and cedar-like notes. Good discreet acidity and fine-grained, slightly drying tannins through the palate and finish. 4+ years. Dijon clones, wild yeast, the wine aged 10 months in all seasoned oak. 17.5+/20 Oct 2014 RRP $22.00
