Bright, even, pale straw yellow with some depth. The nose is full, with aromas of Nashi pear, citrus, honeysuckle and pollen. Medium-bodied, dry to taste, aromas of Nashi pear, clementine, honeysuckle, pollen and subtle white spice. The fruit is pure with clarity, supported by fresh acidity and floral lift. Silky-textured phenolics adorn the mouthfeel and lend an elegant, long finish. Match with whitefish and dim sum over the next 3+ years.
