Bright, light straw-yellow colour, pale on the rim. The nose is full, bold and up-front with voluminous aromas of pungent passionfruit and tropical fruit, along with notes of fresh herbs and ripe green and red capsicums. Dry to taste and medium-bodied, the palate s brisk, racy and lively with fresh acidity underlining a fine, concentrated core and line of pungent passionfruit flavours entwined with tropical fruits, herbs and capsicums. The wine follows a fine, drying, textural line, driven by the acidity and the wine carries to a tightly bound, bracing, mouthwatering finish of passionfruit. This is an up-front, zesty and racy Sauvignon Blanc with bold and concentrated passionfruity flavours, a dry, textural line and thirst-quenching acidity. Serve as an aperitif, with seafood and Pacific Rim fare over the next 2 years.
