Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand - Marlborough
Review Date : 08-Sep-2025
Bright, even, pale yellow with a slight green hue. The nose is gently full, with aromas of apple, mango, nettle and spice. Medium-bodied, aromas of apple and mango melded with lime zest, nettle and elderflower. The fruit shows concentration, with balanced ripeness and attractive aromatics. A chalky mouthfeel flows with enlivening acidity to a sweet-fruited, long finish. Match with fish crudo and steamed clams over the next 3 years. Fermented to 13% alc. 18.5/20 pts (93 pts) Sep 2025 RRP $16.99
